Can I cancel the monthly plan whenever I want?

It is a 12 month commitment rather than a cancel anytime subscription. Early exit is handled through the written agreement you accept before the first payment, so you know the position before you commit.

Is there a buyout fee to own the site sooner?

We do not publish one. If you want to change the arrangement, ask before you sign and it gets written into the agreement rather than invented afterwards.

Who owns the domain during the term?

You do. We ask that the domain is registered in your own account from the beginning, and we connect the site to it.

What if I want to move but keep the care plan?

Care is optional after the term. You can continue at $99/month, move to another provider, or take it in-house. Migration support is scoped in writing rather than assumed.

Monthly website plans: ownership, cancellation and moving your site

On our monthly plan you control your domain, everything you supply and your customer data from day one. The website source and design transfer to you after 12 paid installments of $199, which is $2,388 USD before tax. After that you can continue the optional $99/month care plan or migrate elsewhere. It is a 12 month commitment, and the exit terms are written down before you pay anything.
